Welcome to the Panic Attacks Help Center.
This site was built to help as many people as possible who suffer from
panic attacks and anxiety to get effective strategies and the practical
help they need to stop panic attacks for good.
I have suffered from debilitating anxiety personally and have come
across many people who have been hounded by the burden of unpredictable
panic attacks or the yoke of incessant anxiety. Both in my personal and
professional life.
Who Else Wants To Stop Panic Attacks For Good?
I know there is a way to stop panic attacks and anxiety for good and I
would like to help you. This website is full of helpful facts and
strategies.
You see I have a background in psychology and a Masters Degree in
Cultural Psychology. No I'm not a psychologist, I am a coach and
counselor, and I have worked with many people from teenagers to elders
(I say this with the greatest of respect for the wisdom we acquire as
we get older). I see everyday the struggle many have of how to deal
with anxiety and panic in varying degrees from mild to severe to
chronic.
So we understand each other, it would be a good idea to get a common
grasp of what is meant by a panic attack. A panic attack is a sudden
surge of overwhelming fear that comes without warning and without any
obvious reason.
Panic Attacks Symptoms
Panic attacks symptoms include; an increase in heart rate, difficulty
in breathing, a sense of terror, dizziness, light headedness, nausea,
trembling, sweating, shaking, choking, hot flushes, chills, tingling of
extremities, fear of being crazy and fear of dying.
This list of symptoms is by no means exhaustive, and might last for a
few minutes to about an hour. They might also recur from time to time.

Imagine a large solid oak tree with roots deep into the earth, struck
by a sudden huge gust of wild wind.
See the tree ripping free from the hold of the earth, and being thrown
around in the air, tumbling out of control towards some unknown and
inexperienced place. If the tree could feel and think, it might very
well be gripped by the cold hand of fear and panic.
Being out of control in unfamiliar surroundings in the midst of a new
and unknown experience, with no recognizable landmarks, might stir
terror in the very fabric of the tree.
If you are reading this, nodding your head and saying to
yourself..."Yes, I know what that tree feels. I have been there
too."... then you are remembering and connecting with a panic attack
episode of your own.
Panic Attacks Treatment
So now is the right time to do something about this and find an
effective panic attacks treatment. It is time to break the cycle once

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
